POLICIES
 

PLEASE ENSURE YOU READ AND UNDERSTAND PRIOR TO CONFIRMING YOUR APPOINTMENT.

Booking Fee

A 50% booking fee is required for all bookings, paid via Paypal or direct bank transfer. Payment must be made upon booking to secure your chosen appointment. All booking fees are non-refundable, however we understand circumstances can change. Therefore booking fees can be transferred to another appointment if given 48hrs notice prior to your appointment. Appointments can only be re-arranged once. If you are required to re-arrange your appointment after this, you will be required to pay another booking fee. 

 

No Show Policy 

If you cancel on the day of your appointment or fail to attend without contact, you must pay the remaining balance of your treatment within 48 hours. If you wish to make any further appointments, you will be required to pay the full balance prior to your appointment. Your booking will not be secured until payment is made. If you fail to make payment on these 2 occasions, then you will not be booked in again. 

 

Payment Policy 

Any remaining balance is required to be made on the day prior to leaving the clinic. We accept Paypal, bank transfer or payment via SUMUP card reader. If you have previously paid a 50% booking fee, this will be deducted from the treatment cost. 

 

Late Policy 

Please ensure that you are on time for your appointment. If you are late more that 10 minutes to your appointment, it may mean that you do not receive the full treatment or may be turned away. The full cost of the treatment must still be paid in full.  If you suspect you are going to be late for your appointment, please contact me asap as it may be more suitable to re-arrange.

 

Treatment Restrictions

Due to our insurance we do have some treatment restrictions that we must abide by. Should you have any further questions please do not hesitate to contact us directly.

 

Minors

If you are under 18 you cannot have our full range of treatments. You will be required to get a parental consent form signed prior to any treatment. If you are under 16 you will also need a parent or guardian present throughout your treatment.

If under the age of 18 

You are not allowed to have the following treatments:

 

  • Skin resurfacers and peels

  • Dermal Fillers

  • Line softening injections. 

 

Personal Property Policy 

We cannot be held responsible for any personal property you bring to the clinic.  Please leave valuables at home or ensure they are kept with you throughout the treatment. This includes personal items such as jewellery, mobile phones, handbags etc. For client safety the clinic will be secured during treatment. CCTV will also be in operation. 

 

Complaint Procedure

We hope that you are happy with the treatments and products purchased from Hannah Rebecca Aesthetics. However, if you are unhappy in any way please do not hesitate to contact us straight away so we can rectify any problems as soon as they occur

 

Covid-19 Policy

In order to protect clients and myself, a few adaptations have been made to the clinic.

Prior to entering the clinic please sanitise your hands. A sanitisation station will be set up outside. 

 

Throughout your consultation/treatment all staff will wear masks, gloves and apron. PPE will be changed between each client. 

As always regular hand washing will be maintained. Equipment, stations and beds will be sanitised before & after each client. 

 

Please attend your appointment alone to limit the footfall into the clinic. 

Arrive on time only, if you are early please wait outside or in your car to allow us time to clean and sanitise between clients. Once ready, I will call you into the clinic. 

Unfortunately we will be unable to provide refreshments at this time, but can provide water if required. 

Our toilet will be for staff use only.

If you are feeling unwell, have had any symptoms of Covid-19/illness, or been out of the country, please do not attend any appointment for at least 14 days. Please contact us as soon as possible to reschedule. Please note that if less than 48 hours notice you will lose your booking fee. The  'booking fee' policy remains unchanged for covid related illnesses.

 

All consultation forms and consent forms are now online and will be emailed to you prior to your appointment. Please ensure you complete these before your appointment. You will also be emailed with a Covid-19 form, again please ensure completion prior to appointment. 

 

Parking Policy

Our clinic is located on a narrow residential road. If possible arrive on foot. If this is not possible, there is parking available on the road, or if space on the driveway please feel free to park there. Please be aware that parking is at your own risk and Hannah Rebecca Aesthetics will hold no responsibility for any damage which may occur. Please ensure you park courteously to my surrounding neighbours and do not obstruct driveways.
